From A1 (M) Southbound, take the A6108 exit to Penrith/A66/Brough/ Richmond. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto A6108 to Richmond. Turn right to continue on road, go through 1 roundabout and at the next roundabout take the 1st to A6316 (Dundas Street). Follow signs, (turn right at Frengate, turn left into Station Road and then after ½ mile turn right into Theakston Lane. Rally on right. PC: DL10 4LL
