With the current government guidelines the way they are, we are offering you the option to have your deposit(s) returned. We have a record of your deposit and rallies booked. So if you want to take this option, then please e-mail Dave Morgan at email@example.com with your bank sort code and account number, and as soon as possible he will refund you.
Alternatively, you can leave your deposit(s) in the account of the rally you booked and we will hold it for you until such times as the bookings can be taken again, and then we can transfer it to another rally.
As you can see by our website, the rally booking buttons have been removed as far as June 14th, when we hope to review the situation. As there is a fair amount of work involved setting up new recipients to make a bank transfer to, if you are happy just to let us hold it for you, then you need do nothing.
