The 26th Annual General Meeting of the Northern Region of the Caravan and Motorhome Club
will be held at Sedgefield Racecourse, Racecourse Road, Sedgefield Stockton-on-Tees TS21 2HW
The meeting will commence at 11am.
Refreshments will be served prior to the meeting.
Notices of Motions signed by the Proposer and Seconder (including membership number) must be in the hands of the Region Secretary not less than 3 calendar months prior to the
Annual General Meeting.
Nomination for Officers must be signed by the Nominee, Proposer and Seconder (including membership number) and be in the hands of the Region Secretary not less than 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
This meeting is open to ALL Northern Region Members.

Rally starts Friday 21st October at 11am.
Rally Closes Sunday 23rd October at 4pm.
